There are rumors that their will be a settlement between the owner of Bahria Town & the development authorities in Pakistan, but until confirmation resolution from the Supreme Court of Pakistan everything is but a rumor.
Price plan of Bahria Encalve plots depends upon the sectors and their development status as well. Prices of 5 Marla plots normally range from 18 Lacs up to 35 Lacs across various blocks including sector B, F, H, N, O & I. Developed ones are B & H, whereas development work is going on in F-1 & N.
In addition, prices of 8 Marla plots normally range from 26 Lacs up to 45+ Lacs across various blocks including sector B, F, G, N, J & I. Developed ones are B & G, whereas others are developing or non-developed. Please note as prices fluctuate this is only a rough estimation. 10 Marla plots price in different blocks i.e. A, C, C-1, C-3, F, N, J and K includes:
- Developed plots range from 60 Lacs up to 1 Crore.
- Non-developed plots normally range from 40 to 50+ Lacs

Meanwhile, Bahria Enclave is a project located close to Chak Shahzad & Banigala, which is about 8 minutes away from Serena Hotel Islamabad. Outstanding location and even more superb development makes Bahria Enclave an amazing residential paradise for living or investing purpose.
However Chairman of Bahria Town, Mr Malik Riaz is going through intense scrutiny lately. He has numerous cases against him from illegal land grabbing & constructing on governments land. Bahria Town Encroachment is a well searched topic as there were quite a few raids on his he is facing all these cases with vigor & has recently pleaded to pay a fine to the supreme court of Pakistan. Some may argue that this is just political or that he in reality is part of the land grabbing mafia but this is for the legal system of Pakistan to decide. One thing is for sure he has set the best standard of living & keeps elevating those standards for Pakistani living.
Keeping Bahria Enclave in mind & given the current circumstances i will divide my ratings in two options for living purposes we would rank it 9/10 however if your planning to invest we would like to rate it 6/10.
