Firstly, with work being done at a speedy pace, the developer advising that its official launch to be expected by 29th June 2019. Moreover, very solid team of developer are backing this project. Also, they are most experienced in the market. Few people know But before Bahria Town & DHA (To this date they still assist) had their own developer teams from roads, infrastructure, map & construction was all done by Habib Rafiq. Irregardless HRL’s own projects in Multan (Royal Orchard Multan) in Sahiwal (Royal Orchard Sahiwal) & in Sargodha (Royal Orchard Sargodha) have all been delivered before time by HRL.
Capital has legal NOC for their society. However, due to their extension request to RDA, their NOC has been sent for approval for now.
