CDA announced date for New Blue Area commercial plots auction
Capital Development Authority (CDA) announced the date for the auction of New Blue Area Commercial Plots. As per CDA notification, the auction will take place on July 15, 2020, till July 17, 2020. This 2-day auction held at Jinnah Convention Centre.
CDA Director Public Relations Mazhar Hussain revealed that the auction will under the slogan of ‘Blue Area, New Vision’. It will provide a unique opportunity for businesses & investors to become a part of the newly-developed business zone of the capital. These commercial plots are located in the Central Business District & their sizes range between 600 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.

Benefits for the successful bidders
CDA will give exclusive incentives to the potential bidders. It includes a dedicated team tasked with the facilitation of investors through every step. The main benefits are stated as follows:
- 10% discount on full payment.
- Advance income tax will be collected on a pro-rata basis
- For plots, less than 1000 sq yards, 100% coverage will offer while 70-75% coverage offered for the plots spanning over 1000 sq yards.
- 30 days will be given for 1st installment payment i.e. 25% of the total amount
