The aforementioned plan is divided into 18 Quarterly installments. Further, 21% discount is offered on full-cash payment. Prices mentioned above are before the full cash discount. The lum sum amount is on 21% discount basis is 5.56 Marla 3,070,000, 8 Marla 4,260,000, 10.89 5,600,000, 14.22 Marla 7,020,000, 1 Kanal 9,470,000 & 2 Kanal is 18,160,000
The above prices include GST (Government Sales Tax) & are all dues clear values.
The project was launched in 2006 while the balloting was done the same year in September. 9000 files were offered on 3.5 years installment plan. Recently, 2500 more files have been launched. But due to higher price tag, it was not welcomed as such. But it must be noted that 5- and 8-Marla residential plot files have already been sold out & are available only on resale.

Although a little pricey for the location & being actually located in Rawalpindi it is still a good investment option.
NOC is approved with final sanction just pending but the the Capital Appreciation of the plots don’t seem to stop. It is still very highly sought after with very good profit for investors looking for mid to short term investment less than a year. Overall a very good project with an great location & I am sure once its developed the scenic beauty will be outstanding, hence we would rank it 8/10 if you are planning to get good returns this is great option.
