Faisal Hills is a new rising Housing Scheme located in Taxila, in the vicinity of Rawalpindi & Islamabad.  It is benevolently designed project surrounded by breath taking natural scenic beauty at the foothills of Margalla range. It is purposefully planned in tranquility of clean & green environment. The project was launched back in March 2016.

The master plan of Faisal Hills was expected in the month of November & December, 2018. But there is no such official news regarding the launch of project plan till now.


Location of Faisal Hills is situated in Sector B-17 MPCHS. It is adjacent to Margalla Hills. This society can be easily access through Main Grand Trunk Road. Technically Faisal Hills falls under RDA & hence is located in Rawalpindi. Further, it can be reached through Islamabad Expressway in few minutes drive. Meanwhile, it is expected that it will have an interchange on Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway M2.

Current Price Plan of Faisal Hills :

The aforementioned plan is divided into 14 Quarterly installments. Further, 21% discount is offered on full-cash payment. Prices mentioned above are before the full cash discount.

Booking starts from 10% down payment meanwhile plots can be reserved by paying PKR. 1000 as membership fees.


The project was launched in 2006 while the balloting was done the same year in September. 9000 files were offered on 3.5 years installment plan. Recently, 2500 more files have been launched. But due to higher price tag, it wasn’t welcomed as such. But it must be noted that 5- and 8-marla residential plot files have already been sold out & are available only on resale.

Further, on October 13th , the development was inaugurated for Block A & Block B. After the process of ground breaking, development in other blocks will also started.


Faisal Hills is another splendid project of well-known developer named Zedem International. Earlier, they have contentedly delivered Faisal Margalla City (FMC), Faisal Town (FT) & Faisal Residencia (FR). They have managed to complete high standard mega projects in limited period of time.


The project is from a very sound developer, a developer that has been consistently delivering. Although a little pricey for the location & being actually located in Rawalpindi it is still a good investment option. NOC is under approval but the the Capital Appreciation of the plots don’t seem to stop. It is still very highly sought after & the 5 & 8 Marla plots are completely sold out. Overall a very good project with an great location & I am sure once its developed the scenic beauty will be outstanding, hence we would rank it 7/10 if you are planning to get good returns this is great option.
