PRICE PLAN

The price plan of this tower varies according to the floors. KBD Tower’s price plan for the ground floor starts from 55,000 square feet. The price from the first to the fourth floor starts from 28,000 square feet whereas the price plan of the fifth to the ninth floor starts from 34,000 square feet. The booking of any commercial space in KBD Tower starts from a down payment of just 15%. It is a three years payment plan. After booking, the rest of the payment will be covered in 16 quarterly installments.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

KBD Tower is on its way for development. Its excavation has begun. Soon, they will start building on it. Just the way they committed their previous commitments, they will also deliver this project within the committed time period that is 2024.

  3. Similarly 2 Passport Size Pictures of Nominee

  5. Your allotted file will be ready within 15 days and dispatched to your address.

So the location is outstanding, the NOC & legalities are clear. The developer has over 6 delivered projects & societies. Similarly, the prices considering the project is located in Eighteen is also quite reasonable.

In our personal opinion, this developer is very keen on delivering the project before time & he will. Moreover. for anyone considering a easy to access office or commercial shop in the heart of Islamabad this is a solid option. With easy access from the airport and in close proximity of downtown Islamabad I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t give this project a solid 10/10.
