There are many people who may have mixed reviews about the developer & we respect that, but in terms of standard of product he delivers the best value for money in Pakistan.
Catering Apartment Owners, Commercial Owners, Gym Owners, Food Court/Restaurant Owners, Corporate office owners this project with the current market valuation is a remarkable opportunity to invest in.
One of the fastest selling projects that I have seen with people queuing to buy entire floors this project is expected to create new waves in the blue area vicinity. With the grey structure half completed and pre-launch rates this project is a steal.
From all angles it is hard to say that by any means this is not the best investment in Islamabad as of now.We would like to rank this project higher but bound by our in house laws we would generously give it a 10/10
