However, the best part is the location with main access from Adyala Road it is located on a great spot. There are a few issues. First of all, it is a fairly new developer in the market with no NOC. In short, it does not make this a very safe investment. Hence we would rank it 6/10. If you constricted with capital or planning to get good returns in 3-5 years, this is suitable an option.
