Presently, 25%  of the development work is already complete. In addition, more than 15 heavy machineries are working to speed up the development work at the site. Roads & infrastructure are being done at a speedy pace. 25% development is complete in General Block. As far as the development of executive block is concerned then 40% process of land leveling is completed. The land leveling of the whole project is under process at a fast pace.

The development work is certainly going on at Farmhouses and Block A. It is the topmost priority of the developers.

AMMANAT EXPERT OPINION

Specifically, in terms of investment, it is a viable option if you opting to reside in the heart of Rawalpindi. If you are looking to add a diverse portfolio this option may very economical investment opportunity. However, the best part is the location with main access from Adyala Road it is located in a great spot.

There are a few issues. First of all, it is a fairly new developer in the market with no NOC. In short, it does not make this a very safe investment. Hence we would rank it 6/10. If you considering to get good returns in 3-5 years, this is a suitable option.

    I am looking for 7 marla and 10 marla plots. The location should be corner or park facing, either in block A or C. You may also suggest a best location. Please share the total price and installment plan as well.
