DEVELOPMENT STATUS

The development work at Turab Arcade is going on at efficient pace. In a very limited period of time, the basic structure of the building already built. Furthermore a  dedicated team of workers is working day & night to complete this project in minimum period of time. The grey structure is ready the final touches are the only thing needed.

AMMANAT EXPERT OPINION

This project is ideally located right next to Mall of Arabia. A fully commercial project which is already built is a great option to invest. Also the prices are quite competitive if you look at the price comparison between Mall of Arabia & Turab Arcade the price on ground floor as of writing this article is 57000 per square foot whereas in Turab Arcade it is 40,500. However making the comparison between a 18 Kanal Mall & a 10 Marla Commercial Arcade is not exactly appropriate this is just to give you an idea.

Considering the prices they are quite competitive & given that the grey structure is already use I would say this is a viable investment, however we need to keep in mind that it is located on Islamabad Expressway in Capital Enclave which falls under the domain of CDA. There is no NOC from CDA awarded to this project but they are offering registry if the client requests which is the second best thing in terms of security.

All in all a good project & a reasonable demand on investment we could foresee good returns in about 2-3 years when the area will be populated. Overall we would rate it a 7/10 in terms of investment the only part where it falls back is the NOC.
