NOC of Zarkon Heights first 2 blocks is approved. As per CDA bylaws, Ground+9 Floors are allowed for these 2 blocks. However, the other blocks currently do not have any valid NOC. They have been submitted to CDA and it is under process.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

Altogether there are 5 buildings as of now the Tower A & B are fully constructed & sold out. Tower C the grey structure is fully completed & sold out. Tower D is under construction but is already sold out the only booking on going currently is on Tower F which is planned to be completed in the next two years.

AMMANAT EXPERT OPINION

Zarkon Heights is a wonderful project. Located in the outskirt of G-15, this project has approval from CDA & is located in a CDA sector. If you are looking for an apartment that has NOC is located in a CDA sector with all the necessary features & luxurious it does not get any better than Zarkon Heights.

Tower A & B are fully completed & ready to move in. If you are opting for to get a ready to move in apartment than opt for Tower A & B however they are not available on installments only on resale & full cash.

If you are opting for a booking & opting for the installments route, your best bet is Tower C & D, however keep in mind they do not have any legal NOC from CDA issued as yet.

Overall a wonderful project & on a superb location, easy access from the main road & once the margalla road is completed it will have an even quicker reach to the major locations of Islamabad & Rawalpindi. The developers being Kohistan Builders are also very sound with investment in projects like Eighteen you know they are sound, if you would like to see their previous experience you can pay F-11 Karakoram Heights. They are also building a mega luxury apartment project in Gulberg Greens. I would rank this project a solid 9/10 as their is barely anything that this project does not offer.
