Construction work on PWD Underpass and Korang Bridge Resumes

Capital Development Authority (CDA) resumes construction work on PWD Underpass & Korang Bridge. Ali Nawaz Awan said that government already has given directives on this issue. He served as a Special Assistant to Prime Minister on CDA affairs.

Construction of the Islamabad Expressway portion joining Koral Interchange & T-Chowk on GT Road is crucial. As this route has radical flow of traffic. Hundreds & thousands of people use it on daily basis. He said that because of current roads condition, there is huge traffic jam on roads which we need to address.

As per news sources, PWD underpass will be completed in 8 months while Korang Bridges will take 20 months. CDA is waiting for an official notice while all other legalities are ready.
