Pak China Friendly City, Blue World City is presented by Blue Group of Companies (BGC) in collaboration with Shan Jian Municiple Engineering, from China. Development work is going on at an above average speed on site. However, due to the constant pressure from RDA the company is waiting for an official NOC from RDA before they make the development process speedy. Overall the location is very competitive located on mouza Habtaal Sehal the location is quite ideal. In close vicinity of the airport it is going to be a great society.

With multiple investment opportunities such as residential plots, commercial plots & their sister company Blue Hills Farmhouses, Blue World has an all round package for investors. Also, this developer has previously completed a project in Lahore as well and overall the development is above average. Their NOC at the moment is under approval from RDA which means they have submitted their documentation but is still under review by the development authority.

Keeping in view, Blue World City Islamabad & Lahore along with  all other aspects including location, NOC, price & developers previous market standing, we would rank it 5/10 with room to further grow if they manage to keep up with the development & legalities.
